Important:
Fort Worth Futsal does not have a registration fee but has a development fee (practice twice a week). FWF (Brazilian InDoor Soccer) only uses certified referee services through U.S. Soccer, real Futsal balls and real Futsal goals. There is no compromise with quality! We are simply an institution designed for the upmost development of the player in every respect and to that spirit we go to painstaking detail to find the right people, locations, resources and methodologies for your players’ development. There are no horns, bells or whistles ushering you off or onto the field with an ample 15 minute pre-game Warm -Up period.
Step 1. Decide on your registration format: Individual or Team
You can have up to 10 player per team. A competitive player is one who will compete in tournaments.
Step 2. Download the the Registration Form(s) : Youth Registration or Adult Registration
Edit your registration form on-line, save a copy & email the form back to us.

Youth 4-17 yrs.
Divisions:
4 - 9 yrs. - Can be Co -Ed Male, Female or Co -Ed
10 - 11 yrs. - Can be Co -Ed
12 - 13 yrs. - Male or Female
14- 15 yrs. - Male or Female Only females can play 1 category down in the boys division.
16- 17 yrs. - Male or Female Boys can not play in any female division
Step 3. Scan the form and email the completed form back to zizou_num5@yahoo.com
Step 4. WHEN REGISTRATION IS ANNOUNCED:
Bring a copy of your USFF Registration form.
Bring your Birth Certificate
Note: U.S. Futsal® takes the age brackets very seriously.
